Ohio’s land-based casinos are located in four major cities: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Toledo, and Columbus. All Ohio land-based casinos are open 24 hours and are non-smoking.
Be aware that Ohio state gaming regulations do not allow any casinos to provide free alcoholic beverages, and they are not allowed to serve any alcohol between 2 a.m.- 6 a.m.

Ohio has seven racetrack casinos. All racetrack casinos have a minimum gambling age of 21 (18 for pari-mutuel betting) and are open 24 hours a day.
Racetrack casinos in Ohio feature video lottery terminals, which work similar to slot machines and they are operated in conjunction with the Ohio State Lottery. Racetrack casinos are not allowed to have live table games.
NOTE: In Ohio if you win a jackpot of $1,200, or more, at any Ohio casino, the Ohio Department of Taxation will collect 4% of your winnings as a state income tax.
